Experiment and imagine your way to futuristic fun. More than 24 exhibits provide hands-on opportunities to see, touch and explore the amazing world of robots.

Make a Jitterbug
Use your imagination and some simple materials to build a dancing robot. See how slight variations in leg shape or body weight make your jitterbug move differently from the rest. You can even take your Jitterbug home with you! (Additional fee for take-home robots.)

Garden of Sensory Delights
Create a colorful garden of light, sound and movement by using your body to control the motion of wacky robotic flowers.

Robot Arena
Experiment with lights and guide robots through a maze. Watch them avoid obstacles as they turn on a dime.

Create Cool Crawling Creatures
Build walking robots in the Leg Lab, test them for speed and learn how different leg configurations affect how they walk, run and handle obstacles.

Somebody’s Watching You
Meet Jeremiah, a giant-sized fun-loving Avatar, who will surprise you with his emotional connections. See his facial expressions change as he responds to approaching visitors.

Low-Life Labs
Check out a living ant colony, and see what robot designers are learning from ants, cockroaches and other simple forms of life.
