GREAT LAKES SCIENCE CENTER INSPIRING GIRLS TO EXPLORE SCIENCE CAREERS
Girls Go! Science returns with brand-new interactive workshops for girls in grades 6 – 12

February 21st, 2012

WHAT:
It's a girl thing! Join us for our second, day-long workshop of hands-on sessions led by women working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Learn about veterinary medicine and discover how to properly examine animals with Geauga Humane Society; discover the emerging field of personalized medicine with the Cleveland Clinic; explore the fun and creative side of teaching science from Great Lakes Science Center educators; discuss the urban water cycle and test water quality with Northeast Ohio Sewer District; investigate green architecture with Stark State College; explore the chemistry of color with Sherwin-Williams; and so much more!
