Chocolate Bar

As a special feature to Chocolate: The Exhibition, we've added The Chocolate Bar, a special science demonstration area. Join our science team to investigate chocolate chemistry with a culinary twist. Enjoy chocolate ice cream made at minus 320 degrees Fahrenheit with liquid nitrogen. Explore why melted chocolate sometimes seizes up while we're cooking, why "tempering" is important, and experiment with melting points of different types of chocolate. Have fun with a lip-smacking experiment that results in chocolate lip balm that you can take home.
