From our Presidents’ Day “Science of Splash!” class to Spring Break Camps, from pre-K and K-8 summer camps to the High School Summer Science Institute – we’re ready to educate and entertain with hands-on, minds-on fun all year long!

Spring Break Camps 2010
Launch rockets, make slime, build and program robots and more during Great Lakes Science Center’s Spring Break Camps! Our day-long camps and classes are perfect for kids in grades K-8! Campers can register for either a day or a week of camp!
With camp topics ranging from H-2-Ohhh to Icky Sticky, from Geo-Quest to Junior Robotics, there's no end to the scientific fun!

All camps meet from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm with extended care options available from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Campers may bring a brown bag lunch or purchase a lunch.

Summer Camps 2010
Our exciting Great Summer Science Day Camps are back and
better than ever! This year, we’ve got camps at the Science Center downtown, Laurel School at Butler and Lyman
Campuses, and at Camp Y-Noah in Akron.
We’ve got week-long summer day camps for kids in grades K-8, plus NEW Pre-School and High School camps!
Our hands-on science camps let kids build and program LEGO robots, explore the night sky, create icky and
sticky concoctions, design spy gadgets and more! With camp topics ranging from “Amusement Park Science” to
“Wizard Science,” from “Extreme Engineering” to “LEGO NXT: Inventor”, there’s no end to the scientific fun!
All camps are taught by certified teachers or professionals in the science field.

Winter Break Camps 2010
When schools are on winter break, Great Lakes Science Center is ready to educate and entertain with day-long Science Break Camps. Our break camps are designed for kids in grades K-8 and offer plenty of hands-on fun and learning! Check back in the fall for more information on camp topics and dates.
